Hi, my name is Burnell Rivers and I’m here to talk to you about a graphic novel series I’ve been working on for over many years, titled “Blue Phantom”. This exciting series follows Victoria Bloom as she struggles to protect her mother’s legacy as a vigilante in Angel City from familiar threats.All while struggling with her violent past and with a hidden ability.
